License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you (the buyer/user of software), and MyPhoneData (the developer of the program), regarding your use of MyPhoneData products (software and/or services). By installing the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
License: MyPhoneData hereby grants you a personal (individual), non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to install and register (activate) the software on a single computer solely for your personal and non-commercial use, unless you have purchased a commercial license from MyPhoneData. Sharing this software with other individuals/entites, or allowing other individuals to do the same is in violation of this license. You may not make the software available on a network, or in any way provide the software to multiple users, unless a license for each copy of the software has been purchased from MyPhoneData.
Refund Policy: Refunds can only be provided in case of incomplete or failed transactions. Due to the nature of products sold (softwares being digital content which are non-tangible), it is not possible to refund a completed transaction post purchase as the software is made readily available to the you (the buyer) immediately after the purchase with the registration (activation) details. MyPhoneData hereby reserves the right to deny refund to you (the buyer of software and/or services).
Copyright: The software is owned by MyPhoneData and protected by copyright law and international copyright treaties. MyPhoneData offers individual personal licenses through its website which is valid for usage of the softwares. You may not remove or conceal any proprietary notices, labels or marks from the software.
Restrictions on Usage: Neither you (the buyer of software), nor others are allowed to reverse engineer, decompile, decode, decrypt, disassemble, or in any way derive source code from, modify, distribute, or create derivative works, copy distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, rent, lease or otherwise exploit the software sold by MyPhoneData.
Warranty: MyPhoneData does not warrant that the software is error or bug free. MyPhoneData disclaims all other warranties with respect to the software which are/were in the past either expressed or implied.
Liability: In no event shall MyPhoneData or its related vendors are liable to you for any consequential, special, incidental, direct or indirect damages of any kind arising out of the delivery, installation, activation, performance or use of the softwares and/or services sold and servcied by MyPhoneData. In no event shall MyPhoneData be liable for any claim of any sort related to the software, service, support or license offered for software and services.
Acknowledgement: You acknowledge that you have read and understood the above mentioned terms of license agreement and agree to be bound to the same. You also agree that this agreement is the only complete and exclusive agreement between MyPhoneData and you (the buyer), and that it supersedes all other proposed or prior agreements mentioned in any form.
