Installation

1. Double click on the downloaded setup file to open the Phone Saver software installer
2. To install, walk through the installation steps while preferring to keep the default options specified in the software installer

Registration

1. Click on the software icon (present on your Desktop, or under All Programs -> MyPhoneData -> Phone Saver) to run the software
2. Then, click on the Register to open the Registration dialog
3. Copy the Software Id by clicking on the Copy Id button or by selecting the entire id (right click -> copy). This will copy the Software Id to your computer's clipboard.

4. Open the registration link which has been sent by our sales team to your email address
5. Paste/ Enter the Software Id on the registration page and click on the 'Generate Serial Key' button
6. The system will generate the Serial Key for you. Click on the 'Copy Serial Key' button as exists on the license page to copy the Serial Key to clipboard
7. Paste/ Enter the Serial Key in the software
8. Enter your email address
9. Click on the Verify button in the software registration dialog

If you happen to have made a mistake or if the registration fails, the support staff can help you get the registration details for your copy of the software. Simply email the 'Software Id' as it shows up on your copy of the software to the support team. For details, refer to this image

Device Scanning and Recovery

1. Connect your iOS device to the computer
2. Phone Saver will automatically detect and show the device(s). If it does not, then your device is either not connected or your don't have the latest version of iTunes (atleast iTunes 12.1.1)
3. Select the device from the list of connected devices and click on the Scan button

4. If your iPhone (or other iOS device) has encryption password set via iTunes, then the software will prompt you to enter it

5. Once scanning begins, Phone Saver will show scan progress and depending on the amount of data, it might take a few minutes for the scan to complete

Once scanning completes, Phone Saver will quickly list all of the exisiting and recoverable data in the application. You can selectively recover individual contacts, text messages, notes, call logs and reminders or have Phone Saver recover them in bulk too.
The 'Show Deleted Data' checkbox will list the only recovered data that was deleted

Media files and voice memos on the other hand are groups together by monthly for convenience, so you can recover photos, videos and voice memos from your iPhone for a particular month or select multiple months of files to be extracted, recovered, copied and downloaded to your computer.

1. Make a selection of the data that you wish to recover and download on your computer
2. Hit the Recover button and the recovery process starts in the background, while giving you a periodic update of the recovery process
3. Once recovery completes, Phone Saver will alert you with the same so that you can choose to recover more data or view the recovered data on your computer

1. Cannot generate Serial Key again The registration link expires soon after you visit the page and generate the license once. If you happen to have made a mistake or if the registration fails, the support staff can help you get the registration details for your copy of the software. Simply email the 'Software Id' as it shows up on your copy of the software to the support team. They will generate a new license and help activate the full version of software for you.
