Instructions to setup Total Saver Pro on Windows

Installation

    1. Double click on the downloaded setup file to open the Total Saver Pro software installer
    2. To install, walk through the installation steps while preferring to keep the default options specified in the software installer

Registration

  1. Click to on the software icon (present on your Desktop, or under All Programs -> MyPhoneData -> TotalSaverPro) to run the software
  2. Copy the Software Id, as it shows up on the software. To avoid manual errors, simply click on the 'Copy Software Id' button.
  3. Clicking on the 'Copy Software Id' button will copy the Software Id to clipboard.
  4. Open the registration link as sent by the sales team to your email address
  5. Paste/ Enter the Software Id on the registration page and click on the 'Generate Serial Key' button
  6. The system will generate the Serial Key for you. Click on the 'Copy Serial Key' button to copy the Serial Key to clipboard
  7. Paste/ Enter the Serial Key in the software
  8. Enter your email address
  9. Click on the Register button in the software

Data Recovery (for encrypted backups)

  1. Select the iPhone backup from the backup selection dropdown
  2. If the iPhone's backup is encrypted (shown as the Status below the iPhone image in the software), then enter the iTunes backup password and click on unlock
  3. If the entered password is correct, the software will show a notification about it and will continue with the backup decryption, otherwise an Incorrect password message will be shown
  4. Select a folder location on your computer where you wish to recover the data
  5. Click on the Recover button
  6. The software will show recovery progress. Depending on the amount of data, it might take a few minutes for the recovery process to complete
  7. Upon recovery, the software will show a message stating the same. To view the data, click on the 'Open recovered data' button

Data Recovery (for unencrypted backups)

  1. Select the iPhone backup from the backup selection dropdown
  2. Select a folder location on your computer where you wish to recover the data
  3. Click on the Recover button
  4. The software will show recovery progress. Depending on the amount of data, it might take a few minutes for the recovery process to complete
  5. Upon recovery, the software will show a message stating the same. To view the data, click on the 'Open recovered data' button

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Cannot generate Serial Key again The registration link expires soon after you visit the page and generate the license once. If you happen to have made a mistake or if the registration fails, the support staff can help you get the registration details for your copy of the software. Simply email the 'Software Id' as it shows up on your copy of the software to the support team. For details, refer to this image To avoid errors while manually copying the Software Id, use the 'Copy Software Id' button shown right next to the Software Id field. They will generate a new license and help activate the full version of software for you.
